Dressed for the occasion |
Thank you to Sefanie, Shane and Pam. The Labyrinth course has been very helpful to me. I have found strategies which have equipped me to deal with circumstances that are at times overwhelming. These strategies have assisted me in my work/study life by showing me how to deal with situations holistically. This title is taken from my last journal page, because I feel equipped to facilitate change in my self-leadership My first preference of educational delivery is face-toface,followed by the phone. I found that I did not lose out in anyway, due to the support of the staff team. Thank you again. Regards Koda-Jo

Learning through the Labyribth |
I found the Labyrinth to be extremely effective for learning why I procrastinate and various ways of dealing with it so that I do not miss out on things in life that I want to do simply because I could not be bothered to start.
I love teh online learning environment as it allows for the vagaries of every day life. I am able to skip a day here and there secure in the knowledge that I am not missing out as long as I do the lessons on a later day. The only downside to this, is that this could lead to procrastinating due to no fixed deadlines. My way around this was to create artificial deadlines that I had to stick to.

Labyrinth online course |
It was comforting to take the Labyrinth online course from my home. I saved the travel time, and the money spent on fuel. I could work at my pace in an environment that was comfortable to me with no outside pressures.
The knowledge, strategies and techniques I gained from this course with benefit me in the future when I find myself procrastinating or avoiding anything I might find intimidating, boring or fearful. I now have the tools to overcome these obstacles

The labyrinth |
Hi all,
I found the Labyrinth to be a unique and special experience. I learnt stuff about my mind and how it works and how to stop procrastination. I enjoyed the fact it was online and could be done at my own convenience. I would recommend it to people looking to go on a journey of self-discovery. Regards Kate

I found the Labyrinth to be a novel and innovative course. I found the content not only thought provoking but extremely useful in helping me to adopt new skills to replace some of my unproductive strategies.
The content taught made using the email and internet easy to learn the topics at my own pace and allowed me the freedom to explore / review new topics at my leisure.
After completing the course, I can honestly say that to truly learn and understand something new it needs to be experienced. The Labyrinth is an adventure, an adventure full of experiential learning.
For me, the adventures experienced in the Labyrinth had a significant and positive impact on many areas of my life. If you want to effectively be in control of your life ... then I highly recommend the Labyrinth.

the labyrinth |
this course has helped me discover not only why I behave the way I do, but that it is actually quite natural and understandable (although at times quite unhelpful).
through completing this course online it has also helped me to not just "learn" strategies, but to really experience them and see how I can use them to change my behaviour in a positive way. So you not only learn the theories, but you actually give them a go all in the safe learning environment, this way you actually know what they feel like.

the labyrinth |
The difference between the labyrinth and other courses with similar goals is that, rather than just TELL you how to do things differently, there are a series of simple and often fun exercises that let you experience the difference for yourself. The other thing the labyrinth does very effectively is to give you an understanding (in an uncomplicated way)of the part your body and particularly your brain play in your behaviour. The online method of delivery supports the course content extremely well - by putting the responsibility for working through the course squarely in the participant's court. Just completing the course can be a test for how well you have absorbed the content! It has certainly won me over as an advocate for online delivery - it allows you the flexibility to do it when you are most able to focus on learning, and time between lessons to reflect, process and practice the skills you are learning.

The Labyrinth |
This has been a tremendous experience for me. For many years I have wanted to change the way I do certain things, develop better habits, and just have things run more smoothly in my life. I could never understand why I was unable to do this and why the same things seemed to trip me up again and again. Now I know I simply lacked the necessary strategies! After learning these strategies and how to apply them during the weeks of the course, I have been able to make changes I have struggled with for years. I have a new sense of trust in myself; I feel confident that I can meet any challenge or goal that I set and still get the mundane stuff done. The skills I learned in this class can be applied to all aspects of life, from creating better work habits to plotting long term life goals. And then achieving them. Beautiful.
The biggest change for me has been the radical reduction of stress in my life. I am no longer anxious about all the things that I need to get done, I feel confident that I have the strategies to enable me to do them.
This course is an enormously powerful tool for self leadership, I can't praise it enough.
Susan
PS If anyone is worried about taking a class on-line, I wouldn't be. This was the first course I have ever taken like this and the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and you don't need any special computer skills at all.

A journey of self discovery |
The labyrinth is an interesting journey of self discovery. I learned in six short weeks what makes me tick and how I can use what I have learned to keep myself motivated and enthusiastic about the choices I make in life. Previously I was great at starting projects but not so great at finishing them. Like any course whether online or in person the results you get back are directly in proportion to the amount of effort you put in. I was very surprised how quickly our team bonded and I enjoyed sharing the journey with such a diverse group from all aroung the globe. It was very interesting finding out about our differences and our similarities. I can heartily recommend this journey to anyone who wishes to overcome lack of motivation or like me is great at starting but not so good at finishing.

The Labyrinth |
The Labyrinth online course was a wonderful opportunity to learn using this modern method. The daily contact combined with the length of the course enables participants to share learning experiences and develop a bond that stretched across the globe, which is not common in intensive face-to-face courses. The online system is very easy to use and sb enterprises offers excellent and very quick assistance if you have any technical issues.
The method of delivery helped with the actual learnings as you developed a system for actually living what you are learning as you progress through the course.
Now that I have completed the course I find it strange not to have to log in each day, and I miss hearing/reding the progress of my fellow course-mates.
I highly commend this course to anyone seeking to learn more about motivation and self-management.
